According to the typology, the building is a combination of industrial and administrative building. This typology very often occurs in business-industrial zones along the main roads. In this case, the road is the M17, a very frequent route that must intrigue the driver with the architecture of the facility to stop in time. The facility thus configures the high-bay warehouse in the lower zone, and the upper zone at the road level is solved as a showroom and the company's management in the background. Volumetrically and architecturally, the front part of the building is consciously emphasized by the height and the large canopy as a recognizable element that we remember and that we can describe to someone without a mistake in order to find it.
