The existing old administrative building from the 1960s is partly being demolished and partly reconstructed. The collapsing part enables the construction of a new wing that is functionally continued on the old one, but with its size it provides the necessary surface for the client's needs. The architecture derives from the requirements of the passability of the location, and the necessary two-storey passage actually defines the architecture of the entire circle.
